Refund and Cancellation Policy

We believe in long-term relationships and want you to be happy with your purchase.With certain exceptions, products purchased from MEDESUN may be returned for a refund. Products must be submitted for a return within THREE days from the purchase or shipment date to be eligible for a refund. They must also be unopened and in resellable condition. Returned products are subject to a 2000 INR restocking fee per item. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refund requests may be submitted in writing or verbally to MEDESUN or email to info@medesun.com.

Online Training: Customer can learn maximum three hours of course and ne exam. If exceeds three hours and/or one exam in online training, then there will be no refunds.

Product-specific Return Policies

No refunds will be issued on course extensions. Distance Learning courses are for individual use only and are nontransferable.

Cancellation Policy: if the customer enrolls for the subscription method, then customer can cancel the subscription any time, however there will be no refunds for the training material used duration. Cancelled courses will not appear on the learner's grade report. Customers who have cancelled their purchase will be un-enrolled from the product and will not have access to any of the online content or course-related user data.
